Terms of use and sale

1. General provisions
This document is the seller's offer to enter into a contract on the terms below. The specific product description, price, delivery method and delivery time form part of the offer. By placing and paying for an order, the buyer confirms that they reviewed the product description and these terms before entering into the contract. The contract is concluded electronically under Articles 435, 437 and 438 of the Russian Civil Code.
2. Seller and buyer
Seller: Playvenly (предпросмотр). Address: Адрес не заполнен — предпросмотр. Registration details: Реквизиты не заполнены — предпросмотр. Contact: support@playvenly.com. Buyers must have legal capacity and provide accurate information needed to fulfil the order. Buyers are responsible for keeping their account secure and entering the correct service identifiers.
3. Products, prices and payment
The store sells digital codes, subscriptions and top-ups, and provides related services. Essential features, restrictions, compatibility, region, validity and final price are shown for the selected variant before payment. Payments are processed by a payment partner; Playvenly does not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVC/CVV codes.
4. Order fulfilment
Automatic products are delivered to your account after payment confirmation. Manual orders are assigned to an operator and completed within the time shown on the product page. Delivery of a code, link, instructions or service result is recorded in the order. If the result does not work or differs from its description, the buyer may contact support and seek the remedies provided by law. Do not disclose the code to third parties before the dispute is resolved.
5. Cancellation, refunds and defects
Before a digital product is delivered or service fulfilment begins, the buyer may request cancellation. After delivery, refunds are considered in light of the product's characteristics, disclosure of its individual code and mandatory legal requirements. These terms do not limit rights under Russia's Consumer Protection Law, including remedies for non-delivery, defective quality or a mismatch with the description. Valid refunds are made using the original payment method within the legally required time.
6. Third-party services
Third-party platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated on the product page, Playvenly is not an official representative of that platform. Buyers must comply with the service's rules; restrictions or suspensions resulting from a buyer's violation of those rules are not considered product defects.
7. Acceptable use
Fraud, unauthorized access attempts, resale of individual access credentials contrary to the product description, automated website load, and sending passwords, SMS codes, 2FA codes or complete card details to support are prohibited. The store may pause a suspicious transaction for review without depriving the buyer of statutory rights.
8. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable to the extent provided by Russian law. No provision of this offer excludes liability that cannot legally be limited by an agreement with a consumer. Claims may be submitted through your account or to support@playvenly.com; include your order number, the circumstances and your request. Russian law applies, and jurisdiction is determined by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
