Payment, delivery and refunds

Before purchase
Check the product name, value, activation region and platform, restrictions, delivery method and time on the product page. The final price is shown before payment. Contact support before paying if you need more information.
Payment and receipt
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is confirmed once the store receives a verified payment status from the payment provider. Where cash-register rules apply, an electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the contact provided for payment as required by law.
Delivery and delays
Automatically delivered items appear in the order after payment confirmation. Manually fulfilled orders follow the timeframe shown on the product page. If the item or service has not arrived, open a request in the order or contact support. Keep the order number, and never share the code, account password or full card details with others.
Cancellation and refunds
A buyer may request cancellation before delivery or the start of a service. After delivery, the request is assessed under the applicable rules for distance sales, digital items and services, considering the actual circumstances. Disclosure of a code does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights. If the item was not delivered, is defective or differs from its description, the buyer may seek the remedies provided by law. A refund cannot be categorically excluded solely because an item is digital.
How to make a claim
Submit a request through your account or support email, stating the order number, the issue, your requested remedy and any supporting evidence. Do not send full card details or account secrets. The seller reviews and responds within statutory deadlines and makes valid refunds by the legally required method and deadline. You may refer disputes to the relevant consumer authority or court under consumer-protection rules.
