Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller and scope
Data controller: Playvenly (предпросмотр); address: Адрес не заполнен — предпросмотр; registration details: Реквизиты не заполнены — предпросмотр; contact: support@playvenly.com. This policy covers data collected through the Playvenly website, account, checkout and support, and takes into account Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
2. Data we process
The controller may process profile names, email addresses, password hashes, order numbers and contents, identifiers submitted to fulfil services, delivery and conversation history, IP addresses, browser, device, session and cookie data, and the time and outcome of actions. The store does not receive complete card details. Do not send passwords for third-party services, SMS codes or 2FA codes.
Only after separate permission for analytics does the site store UTM parameters, the landing-page path, the referring domain and time. Unique visitors are counted using an irreversible cryptographic identifier; the original IP address is not stored in the analytics log. A sessionStorage marker prevents duplicate counting and is removed when the tab closes.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used for registration and authentication, entering into and performing a contract, payment and delivery, support, preventing abuse, maintaining required records and complying with the law. Legal grounds include consent, contract formation and performance, and the controller's duties and legitimate interests where permitted by Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ. Data is not sold or used for marketing without a separate legal basis.
4. Processing activities and retention
Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, disclosure to authorized processors, restriction and deletion, using automated or manual methods. Data is retained no longer than needed for the processing purposes, contract, claim periods and mandatory accounting or tax records. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.
5. Recipients and storage
To the extent necessary, data may be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, transactional messaging services, support contractors and the digital-item supplier fulfilling the selected order. Data entered by the buyer in the delivery fields for that product may be shared with the supplier. The initial recording and storage of Russian citizens' personal data must take place in databases in Russia. Any transfer outside Russia requires a separate review under Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ. Data is disclosed to public authorities only upon a lawful request.
6. Cookies and security
Essential cookies support sign-in, protection against forged requests and saved preferences. The controller uses access controls, activity logging, password hashing, encrypted connections and other organizational and technical safeguards. No information system can be guaranteed completely secure; incidents are handled in accordance with Article 21 of Law No. 152-FZ.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of unlawfully processed or inaccurate data, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send requests from the email linked to your account through support or to support@playvenly.com. The data controller may request information necessary to verify the applicant's identity.
8. Policy changes
The current version is published on the website. Material changes to the purposes or scope of processing are subject to applicable notification and consent requirements. Processing without consent may continue only where a separate legal basis permits it.
